2026 Master Plan Documents for Public Review
Kirkwood Parks and Recreation is releasing the Final Draft Parks and Recreation Master Plan for public review prior to City Council's consideration for final adoption on June 18. This document represents the final version developed through community engagement, stakeholder input, and staff analysis.
Residents are encouraged to review the final materials below. The Master Plan provides guidance for future decisions but does not obligate the City to implement any specific project or recommendation. Implementation will occur only as funding becomes available and projects are approved through the City's normal budgeting and capital planning processes.
Note: Available after 6/30/26 - A printed copy of the final plan will be available for review at the Community Center front desk. Please review the document in the building and return it to the front desk when finished so others may access it.
