2026 Master Plan Documents for Public Review
Kirkwood Parks and Recreation is releasing the Draft Parks and Recreation Master Plan for public review prior to the scheduled public hearing. This document represents the final draft developed through community engagement, stakeholder input, and staff analysis. The plan has not yet been adopted.
A Public Hearing on the proposed Parks and Recreation Master Plan will be held:

Time: 7:00 p.m.
Location: Kirkwood Community Center, 111 South Geyer Rd. Kirkwood MO, 63122
Residents are encouraged to review the draft materials below and provide comments during the public hearing. The Master Plan provides guidance for future decisions but does not obligate the City to implement any specific project or recommendation. Implementation will occur only as funding becomes available and projects are approved through the City's normal budgeting and capital planning processes.
Note: Available after 3/12/26 - A printed copy of the draft plan is available for review at the Community Center front desk. Please review the document in the building and return it to the front desk when finished so others may access it.
