Greentree Festival
September 12th, 13th, 14th, 2025
Volunteer for one of the best local festivals around! The Kirkwood Greentree Festival attracts more than 30,000 visitors during the three-day event. This family-friendly festival features a parade, food vendors, live entertainment, arts & crafts booths, contests, and so much more.
We need your support to make the Festival even better. Volunteers can choose from a variety of opportunities. Volunteers, like you, make the Kirkwood Greentree Festival fun for all and we could not do it without you.
- All volunteers (except Parade Helpers) should park at STLCC Meramec and use the shuttle.
- Volunteers should then meet at the West Info Booth at the Campbell Pavilion, where supplies and tasks will be given.
- Parade helpers should meet at Kirkwood High School at 9am on Saturday, September 13th. Parade helpers will trail the parade and assist in picking up any litter left behind. There will be transportation provided from the Community Center (end point) back to the high school.
